|I’ve been in the juice since I was 15!|
OK, before I get into this post I want to make it clear that by no means am I slating all supplements on the market! I regularly use certain supplements on a daily basis and I’ll continue to use them for as long as I can lift!
The problem stems from the supplements that don’t do a single thing for your muscle or strength gains. Like many natural bodybuilders agree, there are only a handful of supplements that truly do work. Furthermore, during the last decade only a handful of supplements have proven to be trustworthy and effective (there are thousands upon thousands on the market).
With that in mind, before you even contemplate opening your wallet or entering your card details for any bodybuilding supplements, you absolutely HAVE to watch the video below. If you continue to buy supplements without watching this video you might as well be setting fire to your cash…. seriously! Or better yet, you can send it it to me if you just can’t light the match, just don’t buy anymore supplements until you watch it! OK, now that that’s hammered home, check it out now below:
Wow! Cristian Boeving has just admitted there that the ads you see in magazines and on TV are complete BULL! He uses the products that he advertises but that’s just half the story! What the ads fail to mention is the fact that these models have been on steroids since they hit puberty!!! You being the reader aren’t going to know that, which is a pretty dirty tactic I think you’ll agree.
Here is Vince Delmonte’s (owner of the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program) take on this video:
“Interestingly, it seemed like this was the first time Christian was ever asked this question as his moral compass started spinning. I do respect him for being honest and not beating around the bush.
My main issue is that a guy like Christian (he’s just one example) may be inspiring thousands of young guys to look like him, but he is also misleading thousands by assuming everyone is trusting and unassuming. He cleverly puts his moral compass back in line by saying: “you should be smarter than that.”
And that’s absolutely right! You and I and everyone else should use our common sense. We shouldn’t be obsessed with instant gratification or miracle powders!
Another very interesting thing to add here is apparently Cristian was dropped by one of his sponsors “MuscleTech” after revealing his steroid use. They stated it breached their terms of contract.
Some Take-Away Points
Don’t believe everything you see in supplement ads. There’s only a few essential supplements that you need no matter what these mags are telling you! You should stick within the following supplements:
- Creatine Powder
- Protein Powder
- Essential Fatty Acids
I’m eager to think what you think of the above post and video, so PLEASE leave a comment below. Are you disgusted? Do you think it’s OK for these companies to dupe you like this?
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this one!
