The Door Gym Review

The Door Gym ReviewAs you can imagine, seeing something on the TV for fitness made us skeptical straight away, but was this justified with the door gym pull up bar? Nope….It was great, so read on to find out why.

Too many times were doorways wrecked with the tons of door gym pull up bars that have been developed and recommended in the past, we were amazed to see that this door gym was completely different.

The travel chin up bar is an ingenious design that puts all of the other door gyms to shame. It uses a curved frame which allows your own body weight to create a cantilever effect which secures it into any standard doorway with ease, no screws, no sticky pads, nothing.

The beauty of this doorgym is the fact that you can put it up and pull it down again within a minute.

Now, not many door gym pull up bar’s can brag about that can they.

Another great thing about this doorway chin up bar is that you can do both normal chin up, close grip chin up, and wide grip chin up. All of which are very targeted with it’s unique shape. You can even drop it to the bottom of the doorframe to use it as a level to reach for your ab workout.

To top it off you can then drop it down even further onto the floor to do your push ups as well which it’s designed to do. So its a push up chin up bar and abs station all in one.

If you get the wide grip accessory you can even do the wide grip chin ups behind and in front of the head with the door gym.
