I am always on the lookout for new, innovative products that don’t just take “old” information, and try to sell it as the “latest and greatest.” So, when I saw the Brink’s Body Building Revealed package, I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical. My first thought was that this package was nothing more than a compilation of many other packages already available. I don’t like being wrong—but I’ll admit that I was wrong, in this case. See, what is so great about this one is the fact that it’s sort of an “all-in-one” product.
Beginners can start with it, and continue using it throughout their progress. Those in the intermediate range can jump in, and grab some great information, aimed at beginners, but beneficial to everyone. My Opinion
For all the things mentioned above, I have to say that in my opinion Bodybuilding Revealed is better suited to the more intermediate and advanced bodybuilders who want to learn the why as well as finely tune their muscle building efforts. Beginners will find it very useful as well, but you need to have a lot of patience to get to the info you need. Will and the Polyquin (The Trainer) have definitely covered a lot here and that could be a daunting to some beginners.
When it comes down to it though, for the price and the content delivered, Bodybuilding Revealed is by far the most comprehensive and provides the most bang for your buck. I can’t recall a moment where I haven’t turned to BBR for one peice of info or another. The content is just that good!
From nutrition to training, it’s all there for you to sink your teeth into. Get this and you won’t need another program for the rest of your life!
