Author Bio

Nick Nilsson began his fitness career back when he was 17 years old. He transformed his physique in his first 8 months from being a 145 lb marathon runner he gained 70 lbs of solid muscle. He has a degree in Physical Education which covered biomechanics, kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology, and he’s fast become a pioneer in exercise innovation and training ideas.

Nick’s had his articles published everywhere online and offline including publications such as Muscle Mag and Men’s Fitness among many others. He’s been training thousands of clients over the last 9 years, all of which have achieved some pretty amazing results.

Authoring many books including “The Best Exercises You’ve Never Heard Of”, and “Metabolic Surge – Rapid Fat Loss” to name but a few, Nick now offers a comprehensive training system known as Powerful Training Secrets which covers pretty much everything you need to know about how to gain muscle, strength and shred fat.
