Not bad for a weight gainer, perfect name for it IMO – Monster Mass! I got some huge gains after using this for a few weeks. Carb and protein ratio is good and it tastes a lot better than I was expecting.
Cytosport monster mass is pretty cool stuff. It’s got a nice taste to it like other weight gainers but doesn’t taste too sweet like others because of lower sugar content. I’ve had some great results from it, the only compaint I have is that it doesn’t blend too well using just a shaker.
